Modify decoupling Xposed API

- Remove YukiBridgeFactory, merge it to hook/core/api/*
- Remove YukiHookBridge, merge it to YukiXposedModule
- Remove the direct call function of Xposed API
- Change hook entry class way of injecting
- Fix some bugs in LoggerFactory, YukiXposedModule (formerly YukiHookBridge), AppParasitics
